ASRock launches X470 chipset Taichi motherboards

Taipei, Taiwan: Today ASRock launched a new lineup of motherboards with X470 chipset in the Taichi series which comes under the enthusiast level of motherboards. ASRock is one of the leading manufacturers of motherboards who has produced motherboards for both AMD and Intel with different chipsets.

The X470 chipset Taichi motherboards are made for fulfiling the requirements of those who want to take full advantage of the Ryzen 2000 series APUs. These motherboards have powerful features that should provide full potential in every aspect be it overclocking or upgradability.

RGB Lighting and Overclocking

The Taichi motherboards as seen in the picture above have a very solid design with a big Taichi logo printed on the southbridge which is equipped with RGB lighting as well. There are only two motherboards in the Taichi lineup which are revealed by ASRock right now which have some different features and different colour combinations. One is the X470 Taichi Ultimate and the other one isX470 Taichi Ultimate

The motherboards come with a powerful VRM section containing 16 power phases for awesome overclocking stability that is cooled by the XXL Aluminium Alloy heatsink. There are multiple RGB headers on the motherboards which you can use to beautify your rig and sync the LED lighting effects with other components with the help of ASRock RGB Sync software.

The motherboards support up to Type 22110 M.2 SSD along with the common 2280 M.2 SSD and have a full coverage heatsink for heat dissipation. For internet connectivity, it has a blazing fast 10Gigabit LAN that accelerates Gaming, File transfer, SOHO performance etc.

ASRock has produced 6 motherboards in total out of which 5 are ATX motherboards and 1 is Mini-ITX. Pricing of the Taichi motherboards is not revealed yet.
