MSI does it again with the announcement of the Vortex W25, a compact yet impressive workstation. They are always innovating and never letting us down. MSI, for those who don’t know about them, is a popular Taiwanese multinational corporation. It focuses on computer hardware, related products and services such as laptops, desktops, motherboards, graphics cards and many more.
It is the very first 2.5L desktop which is packed with an NVIDIA Quadro P5200 which is a high-end graphics card for workstations and the successor of the Quadro P5000. This means that its new GPU is a 40 percent more powerful than its predecessor. Now for its specifications, the Vortex W25 has an Intel Core i7 processor (8th generation) which is 30 percent better in terms of performance when compared to a previous gen processor.
With these high-end processors and graphics cards, how does it keep things cool when it is used ? Well, MSI uses what is called a “Cooler Boos Titan thermal solution” which is supposedly able to provide the cooling that it will need during intensive use. It is kept in the VESA mount in a 5.5 case. It allows up to an extraordinary 64 GB of RAM while having 2 NVMe M.2 solid state drive slots and a 2.5-inch hard disk drive slot.

The Vortex W25 exact availability date is not out but it is expected to be out soon at the starting price of $2,049, however, the other models with the changes are going to be available later this year in summer. For more information and images, you can check out their official website here.
